The Canine Lounge is an online dog accessory store offering curated gear for dog travel and daily adventures. We work with trusted international suppliers and operate on Australian hours (Monday to Friday, 9amโ5pm AEST). Please note that while weโre based overseas, weโre committed to supporting our Aussie customers with reliable, high-quality service.
Products & Pricing
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (if applicable). We reserve the right to change pricing, product availability, or discontinue items at any time without notice.
Product images are provided by our suppliers and may vary slightly from the actual product. We aim to keep descriptions accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee perfect accuracy 100% of the time.
Orders & Payment
We accept payments via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Orders are processed once full payment has been received. We do not accept PayPal.
Shipping
We ship exclusively to Australian addresses. Shipping times may vary depending on the product and supplier location. Estimated delivery timeframes are listed on each product page and are subject to change due to postal delays, high demand periods, or unforeseen carrier disruptions.
All parcels include tracking, and youโll receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preferences.
Please review all sizing guides and product details carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
