We work with trusted international suppliers to bring quality products to dog lovers across our supported markets. Our customer support team is available Monday to Friday, and we aim to respond to all enquiries within 1 business day.

Products & Pricing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown for your selected market. Taxes may be included where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change product pricing, availability, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Product images are provided by our suppliers and may vary slightly from the actual item received. While we strive to keep all product information accurate and up to date, occasional errors or differences may occur.

Orders & Payment

We accept payments via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Orders are processed once full payment has been successfully received.

We do not currently accept PayPal.

Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries. Available shipping destinations, shipping costs, and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed during checkout and, where applicable, on individual product pages.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, supplier processing times, customs clearance (where applicable), postal delays, peak seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control.

All eligible orders include tracking, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Up to five (5) clear photos showing the problem.

Once reviewed, we'll arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy where required by law.
